Leadership quality is the biggest issue at Artera. There is a visible lack of alignment and tension within the executive team, which regularly spills over into the broader organization.
The company lacks a clear, consistent strategy. Direction changes frequently, creating constant whiplash for teams and making it difficult to do meaningful, focused work.
Culture is weak and morale is low. Rather than leadership taking ownership for employee dissatisfaction, issues are often addressed with superficial fixes that do nothing to solve root problems.
Accountability is missing at the leadership level. Problems are acknowledged but rarely owned, and responsibility is frequently deflected instead of addressed head-on.
Employee development is not prioritized. Performance reviews have historically been skipped during merit increase cycles, which undermines trust and makes compensation decisions feel arbitrary and opaque.
