Very strong but fading bottom up culture. All of the developers are smart, talented, highly motivated, collaborative, and all around great people both in the workplace and out. Great place to learn and grow as long as you can stay away from management and workplace politics.
Minpunten
Leadership and upper management does not care about you or your contributions. Very few options for career growth because management spends more time fighting amongst themselves and taking credit for the work of others than putting their teams and direct reports in a position to be successful. Upper management has zero accountability, and get upset and lash out when they are held accountable. Upper management is not aligned around company goals and care more about promoting their own personal agendas. These agendas are often weaponized against individual developers and engineering teams. It wasn’t always like this. There was a time when management was great but that is long past. I feel at peace whenever a developer leaves Arturo because I know they deserve much better.
