I joined as fresher , passed out in 2017 ,placed in arucom electronics Pvt LTD . Thru campus as a trainee . I joined as GET and in starting I undergo through a very good training . AEPL has a good settled training and development department. There was a proper training schedule , evaluation followed by OJTs and mentoring .salary on time. Best place to work and learn...

Pros is just a joke in for this company. company looks good from outside....from inside, its a mess...

Its a creep management who will treat you like slave. Sr Management of the company has whimsical sense of humor.Volatile decision making, which changes every week based on their judgement. Can break your career within a day. There is restrictions for each and every thing viz speaking to colleagues, they will not even allow employees to take food or snacks.. Its like boarding school you are not allowed to keep your mobile phones with you. Once you are in office than you dont have world outside the company and no ME time. No hikes at all even being top performer and not even any performance recognition. And most pathetic they will pay you on hourly basis for their own benefits. Remuneration is calculated on hourly basis for highly skilled and educated employees. Manipulation of all the laws whether its IT, Labour, Wages or EPF etc. I don't suggest anyone to join this company until unless they change the creep and selfish management.

Pathetic work environment... Management is very insecure taking there employees so that they may not leak anything or switch job.. Dear management if you want to us not to switch job you need to build that confidence rather than banning phone or apply camera every where that too in front of washrooms... If you want your company to grow trust your employees and give them freedom to grow rather than keeping them in a prison.. And also be flexible in terms of timing... Punch-in should be exact on given time if you are late half day will be applied or else beg in front of your lead to session it..
