There is a huge wage disparity between the upper level execs and the other office employees. I worked as an intern and made so little that it did not qualify as an internship according to WMU. All the VPs and upper level management are all Good Ol' Boy friends of the owner (I never saw many of them even once). There were several examples of apathy on the managements part which resulted in some unethical decisions. There is also ZERO room to move up at all.
