There was a time when Asite stood out for its strong company culture and clear direction. Unfortunately, those qualities seem to have eroded over time. The management, which used to be attentive and supportive, now appears disconnected and aloof no longer have any control with the board taking control. This shift has led to confusion among employees about the company's goals and strategies. What's even more disheartening is the decline in the way employees are treated. What used to be a respectful and inclusive workplace has transformed into an environment plagued by discrimination and inconsistency.
