0 star for London Management__ 20 years old company and still not profit making__ Don't know the resource management and utilization__ Last year hired 75 interns and within 5 months layoff 45 experienced employees__ Couldn't retain the valueable employees who were good at latest tools, frameworks and technologies__ Don't know which things are stopping CTO to implement/upgrade new tools, technologies, CI/CD and micro service architecture__ Recently they acquired a loss making company, just because it was available at reasonable price, seriously ? __ Currently they are implying the rules which makes the toxic environment in the company so employes resigns by themself instead of mass layoff__ Recently just because of bad decisions and management, they lost many talented employees__
