Assembly is a company that walks the talk when it comes to transparency, collaboration, and investing in employees. The executive team is very intentional and structured in sharing how Assembly is performing, making sure everyone’s aligned on our goals, and recognizing hard work. People do their jobs, do them well, and are kind and supportive to one another. I’ve also seen so many promotions since I’ve joined the company.

Assembly grows by acquiring other companies so theres always going to be some bumps along the way. Integrating teams, cultures, takes works. I’d say people really work hard to make it a good transition though and emphasize communication and collaboration.
