When I began, I valued my role and believed in the company’s potential, but I ultimately had to leave for my well-being. Despite reaching out for support, I often felt overwhelmed and unsupported in my responsibilities. Additionally I was under compensated for serving many various roles in combination with my operations responsibilities.
One major issue was the behavior of a colleague, which contributed to a toxic environment and made collaboration difficult. Many coworkers felt similarly, and there seemed to be a reluctance to address problems, with a tendency to ignore them instead.
My suggestions for improvement were not acknowledged. Overall communication within the company appears to have declined, leaving many feeling unsupported.
I decided to leave because the culture and lack of support made it hard to stay. I hope my feedback can help address these ongoing challenges.
