This job caused me a lot of after hour tears and distress because of their unrealistic expectations and lack of concern for their own employees...but the good side is that I was forced to grow in some aspects of my life.

The commission structure was so hard to understand they had to offer training for it...which never made it make sense and always felt like highway robbery.
The leads were NEVER EVER fresh. More than 2/3 of calls were disqualified or ineligible callers who only wanted food assistance. Assurance IQ expected us to convince beneficiaries into switching plans, even if it would not help the beneficiary. I refuse to do that, and so was constantly worried I would get fired, for it.
