Pluspunten

1. Growth: PROS is a great company to build a career and make an impact. If you're interested in tackling a problem, you can. In my experience, if you're interested in growing in different areas, you can be honest and upfront with your manager - and they'll help you reach your professional development goals. 2) The Culture: Most of the people at PROS are pretty incredible. There's a culture of excellence and support that permeates a lot of what you do and makes cross-departmental collaboration really work. 3) Support: The leadership team, HR and Office Services teams drive transparency and work hard to make PROS a great place to work. It's important to feel supported with the benefits you need, the transparency during times like these to know what's happening, and the peace of mind to know that when we return to the office (from remote work), PROS has its employees' health and safety in mind. 4) Diversity: PROS actively looks to diversify its talent at all levels of the company. Our employee resource groups, and the support they receive from HR, are an asset.

I can't think of many cons, honestly. I've worked on a few different teams over several years at PROS - some I've enjoyed more than others

Its a good learning ground for some starters who would want to learn and not get compartmentalized into a role.

Minpunten

Do not expect any compensation. Even if you expect - Do not expect to be paid as promised or on time. The company has been perpetually in credit mode w.r.t. employee payments. Issues with cash flow and being a services businesses employees fund the business. Even the PFs (Provident funds) and ESI (state healthcare) are deducted as employee contribution are not deposited to government or not deposited in time. A sad scenario for employees across cadre. Unfortunate but true. Could be a 5 Star company otherwise with simply employee payment practice improvement.
