1. If you have recently interviewed at the company and are deciding whether to join this company or not. Please run!! Do not join the company since you will be doing endless extra work 7 days a week with promises of overtime, which is never given, with an unsafe job. 2. If a company is thinking of buying the software they are selling. Please know it's a marketing gimmick, and do not trust a word they tell you that can be developed. Because the entire development and BA team have 0 clue of what has to be built. Your points are being taken for consideration, and nothing is developed. 2. The software that exists has no BRD, FRD, or even test cases. For years the company had only 1 tester and 50 clients and got terminated in the end, saying that clients were complaining about the software, when 95% of clients were given 65% of the product that was promised, and they never completely deployed any project because none of them had a clue what had to be developed. 3. The owner is everything, and he would not listen to any pros and cons you tell him. He wants to do what he understands, and his understanding is subpar even for a 10th grade student. He fires anyone who threatens his intellect. 4. The owner tells you to get work done by a developer, and the same work will be denied to the developer. At the end of the day client's scold be and then the tester is hated by all the employees and insulted in "Monday Meetings" by the owner. 5. The timelines that are provided to the client and developer are something that is laughable. The timeline is not according to what can and can not be developed by the development team. But the timeline is according to the temper of the clients. If the owner thinks that this client is short-tempered and can file a legal complaint, he will try to deploy a few points, or else he will drag the points till the end of the world. 6. New products have been developed and sold for a more expensive price, and they are marketed as better than the existing software they have. But it's just a product that has a better UI and nothing really working, and complaints from all the clients who are using it.
