Management should consider avoiding micromanagement, which has not helped the organization. Time Doctor does not guarantee the best performance in workers. People with better qualifications and experience should help the organization grow rather than family members, friends, or ex-wives. The lack of culture is what hurts the workforce the most. Not seeing each other on camera does not help have a better employee experience. It is a toxic environment where upper management and their friends have a reason and do not support employees who have good performance because they are not part of their circle. They do not know how to prioritize and expect workers to do everything at once and constantly add more workload.

Everyone on the team works well together and is always happy to help or share their knowledge. It's an excellent location to learn and develop professionally.

Minpunten

The workload can be fairly hard, especially around project launches. However, the crew is always available to help each other, making the situation manageable and even enjoyable.
