These people are so arrogant and egoistic! They are narcissists who can’t do anything wrong and blame everything to the system or someone weaker! Though I guess they’re right blaming the system or I guess blame management and their leadership! Because they’re the ones who made this system where all these toxic behaviors started from! So basically, they’re really the ones to blame! People have become so aggressive because of the competition, and the ones who did well have become management’s favorite! And that’s where the special treatment came from!
