I think it's clear to anyone that works here right now that there's a lot of opportunity for growth and promotions, it might just be challenging to actually get there.

Management has zero clue about anything. You tell them you need a week extension on a milestone or ship date? They don’t care. If you give us ONE WEEK we can fix this game. They decide to ship it broken, get bad reviews, make no money on the game, and the rest is history. Other than that, 5/5 would do again
