Overall, my experience working with Phil was a very positive one! Not only was I afforded the opportunity to work with great companies, but I always felt like I was supported, set up to succeed and treated as a valued partner. - Little to no communication with other team members. For example, I would've liked more opportunities to work with sales people to help foster long-term relationshps with clients.
