Call center Systems had constant bug problems to work with, but. Overall was worth the experience. Since I was working for a company (former NET, aborsorbed by Claro) third partied by Atento telemarketing services providing customer services, can't blame Atento fully, since partially, the efficiency level of the call center operational system was managed by the companies who hired Atento . This review is valid only for the corridors and floors I was working on , since worker experiences varies a lot according to the companies Atento allocates to work for.
