Firstly, if I could put less than a "1 star" review, I would have! It's been a few years since I worked there. There may have been some changes, but what was expressed in prior reviews was accurate when I was employed there last. My main beef was with the son of the owner (who is now the president of the company after the passing of his father *the founder*). This individual is a person who never had to actually work for anyone else than his parents, and it shows with his condescending attitude towards his employees. I left on my own accord because I couldn't take any more of this treatment. About the replies to the previous reviews, what was stated in two of them were 100% factual and accurate, and not at all malicious. Some of the things that MAY have changed since I left include, health care & paid sick time were not in place including, first thing being told at my interview that Ati does not provide health care coverage, and the only reason that Ati currently has paid sick time is because a new law that passed in 2018. You can rest assured that they ONLY give you the 5 paid sick days REQUIRED BY LAW! Any other time that you need to take off, you will most DEFINITELY get points! In one reply to the other negative reviews, they state that some people have been there for over 30 years, but i can certainly tell you the majority of those people are not happy regardless of what the owner believes. Most, if not all of those people worked when the founder was still alive, and will tell you that he was the best employer that they ever had. However, working for his widow and son is an entirely different situation. If you are relying on Glass Door for honest reviews, you may want to reconsider, because three of these reviews were written by actual former employees. The one that states "A great place to work" was written fraudulently by the OWNER Lynn Beattie posing as a former Ati employee. There really should be type of parameter with Glass Door that prevents this type of fraudulent review. So judging by the fact that only that 3 of the 4 reviews were written by actual former employees. My suggestion to anyone looking into getting a job with Ati should do so at you're own peril.... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
