      Coordinator is on all 24/7, "if you have 2 hrs off during your PTO then you're off". Practice managers do not step in as they are suppose to, but they give you more work to do; work that they are suppose to do. Staff does not listen or follow instructions. Some doctors think they override everything. Work / Life balance does not exist.

      Wonderful colleagues. Patients are treated well. Doctors, nurses and techs work hard and smart. Always something fun or worthwhile to participate in. Amazing people to work with. 100% deserve a best place to work. I loved Atlantic Health overall. 5 star with a bad apple spoiling the experience.

      Poor communication at the middle management level. Incomplete, misleading communication on specific expectations, poor follow through on feedback, supervisor opinions formed without opportunity from employee to clarify. Very poor process efficiency and unwillingness to hear suggestions or solutions ... we've done it this way for a long time. This goes against corporate I in PRIDE. Slow to implement change and change is poorly implemented without use cases or thinking things through.. from my perspective. Supervisor words and actions are mismatched. Feedback without follow through for clarity.
