Toxic work environment. Discriminates against anyone >40 years old. Management turns a blind eye to employee concerns unless it directly affects their job. No room for advancement. During yearly reviews we have been told that "nobody gets a perfect rating" and even though you may excel in an area, you are marked down due to this mind-set.
