      Goed loon, goede vakantie, geen gevolgen van handelen of het uitblijven daarvan.

      Minpunten

      Geen gevolgen van acties. Echt onrealistische verwachtingen van het management. Niet genoeg tijd om taken goed en volledig uit te voeren. Veel richting met weinig uitleg. Een echt cynische cultuur die de meest optimistische mensen naar beneden haalt. Er is geen "engineering" te doen op de werkvloer, je jaagt op onderdelen in een chaotisch, ongeorganiseerd magazijn. Blijf weg, tenzij u in een "jobshop" -omgeving wilt werken.

      Coworkers are great Many problems so you stay busy as a CI person The people at the worker bee level are the only real pro

      Managers are too “wise” You can’t change anything inside the ERP but they all want ERP changes (it’s bad you will get frustrated) Super decentralized meaning all building operate how they want to. They make it sound like a strength but it’s literally their biggest weakness. Managers do not understand processes USZ or the NSC in Charlotte has a serious issue of hiring people who are not qualified for manager roles as managers. Discrimination They care more about how you look and not so much about the work you produce
