      Ondergemiddelde salarissen, vakantie wordt ontmoedigd, CYA is noodzakelijk, extreem dure gezondheidszorg, geen mobiliteit tussen afdelingen, managers in elkaars keel, LEAN-stijlproductie zonder kwaliteitscontrole op leveranciers, dus er zijn geen onderdelen in of de onderdelen die je hebt, zijn van mindere kwaliteit , vage functieomschrijvingen met "doe alles wat we zeggen dat je moet doen", uurloonwerkers bedrogen regelmatig overuren, verkoop overtroeft alle andere afdelingen

      Managers are too “wise” You can’t change anything inside the ERP but they all want ERP changes (it’s bad you will get frustrated) Super decentralized meaning all building operate how they want to. They make it sound like a strength but it’s literally their biggest weakness. Managers do not understand processes USZ or the NSC in Charlotte has a serious issue of hiring people who are not qualified for manager roles as managers. Discrimination They care more about how you look and not so much about the work you produce
