Pluspunten

- Very nice colleagues, friendly and supportive atmosphere in team - Interesting and challenging tasks. Workload & pressure are comparable to other consultancies. - Lots of opportunities for learning & taking stretch assignments - Feedback culture: you get feedback from colleagues both on your strengths and areas of development and are encouraged to do the same - Flexibility and high speed of work (I put it in pros, because although it might feel overwhelming sometimes, it keeps you from being bored and makes you feel you achieved something in the end).

Minpunten

- HQ located in Bamberg. The city is beautiful, but travelling might be hard, as you need to take the train to reach the nearest airport (or travel 3 hours to Munich or Frankfurt in case you need a bigger airport) - Salary is "scaled to Bamberg" - i.e. not very high

Pluspunten

Great people working there, great benefits to working at the company. Very casual work environment and nice location. Good experience of what an HR consulting company does, got to work on a variety of projects.

Minpunten

Issues with communication between offices and efficiency with two interns simultaneously working on a similar project but not communicating. Sometimes lack of consistency with their work and lack of resources to create new software.

Pluspunten

Young and welcoming team. Openness for different approaches and change. On-site participation in Development Centers and Assessment Centers. Intercultural team - English is the main language.

Minpunten

Salary is too low for students enrolled in a Master degree. Transfer to customers sometimes on Sundays and not paid. Very long working hours during a Center. Not very well trained before the first Center. No chance to get a job after the internship without the regular assessment. Not fair. Not that many development opportunities for employees.
