Pluspunten

I enjoyed the contract they had with PPL recently and liked the work. Was remote and at the beginning there was way less call metrics. It was also a fast onboarding process (if you can even call it that, I heard back within a day)

Minpunten

Really poor communication on the staffing firms part. I'm doing a full-time role now but I STILL haven't gotten paid for several days I worked...its been about a month now and I have not heard back a response, even from the follow up email I sent. I'm not sure if it's me leaving and this is backlash for that or if this is just par for the course but they really really dropped the ball at the end, and for seemingly no reason.

Work is temporary, no paid time off, struggled to get paid on time a few times due to payroll disorganization
