In ability to see beyond one client means they have a point solution that is fast becoming obsolete for the one client it still works for. Ever changing company focus means there is a new vision every 6 months The current mid level management positions are filled by managers of questionable ability to manage. Senior management appear to be largely unaware of problems on the ground Technology is now more than a year behind the curve. Very little potential for growth I had 6 managers in 5 months.
