The work has a lot of material if you wish to become an audio electrical engineer. The benefits are okay mostly (it's the whole package that employers should offer on most positions.) The work can be interesting for the first two years, and then it becomes very repetitive quick (if you like repetitive, this is the job!)

In all my years at this company, you would be very lucky to get something great out of it if you are a technician in the manufacturing department. Asking for raises is like pulling teeth and most likely will lead to a limbo of waiting and asking until you are tired. The company atmosphere is very tense ever since the company has become Axiometric Solutions. If you are looking for growth like becoming an engineer, those positions are very rare and unlikely to show up. I would suggest looking elsewhere if that is your goal. Management is very quiet and rarely intervenes in the department with exception of attempting to add kanban, 5s, and other systems in place improve the workflow, but nothing ever personal. I felt like management hardly engages with employees in any circumstances to know how they're doing or attempt to understand the roles of the department. At my time there I have seen some very questionable coworkers who are very slow and don't quite understand what their jobs entail.
