Few so called managers will complain for your timing in order to get there increment as they earn by complaining only xD If you are non IITian, you won't earn respect,upraisel is a different issue and still you will be compared to IITian's for work as we all do same kind of work at different salaries. So, if you are a General Candidate and failed by few marks to enter IIT's/NIT's you can learn lot of good stuff and go for further studies abroad. lastly, little Politics and delay in salary sometimes.

Go through the apps they provided to their clients on play store and iOS store. - No fixed platform as well, you will be the web developer, a photoshop person ( that's the most you will be doing as a software engineer ), a part-time android developer ( copy paste, they have a code since 2013 ) - No management at all, no help from them as well ( you will be a one man army, with no appreciation of work with a lot of politics and talking behind your back) - managers take their increment by talking behind your back and taking all the credits of your work. ( yes, All the credit, they dont do much there so they have to do that ) - overall, no respect for you as a developer and you might feel and regret choosing your carrer as a software engineer here.
