Internally, feels like the company is still at 2000s. The processes are old and slow. Lots of spreadsheets to keep information. No Knowledge base Confusing HR. Everything takes forever to be decided. 90% of the executives are in Israel. With the time zones, and the unpaired work days, simply decisions take at least 2 business days.
