Talent here is often wasted in what is, in my experience, a toxic, dictatorial work environment. Expect constant micromanagement, burnout, and little real achievement to show for your efforts. I don’t usually bother leaving reviews for past employers — sometimes a job simply isn’t the right fit. But I was compelled to write this after reading the July review blaming ex-employees for not “eating and breathing” their roles. That narrative is false and insulting. People left because the environment was unhealthy and unsustainable, not because they lacked dedication.
Advice to candidates:
