      ▪I had the opportunity to be directly involved in several deal opportunities, which is at the core of investment banking. ▪I was initially skeptical about a remote internship, but it exceeded my expectations. It really depends on how much you engage, ▪Both Henry and Ryan were incredible mentors. They were always available to offer guidance, answer questions, and provide feedback.

      ▪I wish there were more full-time opportunities at AugCap. ▪It would have been great to meet the team in person.

      Pluspunten

      Provides a great learning environment for those looking to contribute! If you come in with a persistence to work on new projects or implement new ideas, you can get amazing opportunities to have hands-on responsibility. Henry is also very kind and genuinely wants the best for the interns.

      Minpunten

      There isn't a lot of structure, as in you can contribute or not contribute - but again - as long as you are actively looking to participate or come up with ideas, there is always something for you to do.
