7yThanks for your input, and sorry to hear about your take on our leadership. We have shared your commentary with our CEO, as we do all commentary. Suresh says that his intention is certainly never to say anything offensive, or to make employees feel frightened for the stability of their role. Employees are also promoted here based on a merit system and past performance reviews. However, the fact that you have these perceptions is really disappointing and we will continue to work to try and avoid experiences like this one! We want to provide the best workplace possible for our employees so that we can attract and retain the best talent on an ongoing basis. This feedback helps us to move closer to that.
