If you're deployed at a client site, you don't have to interact with them too frequently, which is a relief. The only time you'll deal with them is when you're chasing for payment, which is often withheld for unclear reasons.

Non-payment of Salary: The most frustrating issue was the consistent non-payment of salaries. My salary was frequently put on hold for arbitrary reasons, and there was never any clear explanation given. You end up sending multiple emails with no response, often waiting for months before hearing anything back. If you do get a response, it’s usually when they decide to respond. Fake Promises: The company is notorious for making empty promises about career progression, salary increases, and other benefits that they never deliver on. They'll promise you the world, but when it comes time to fulfill their promises, they either ignore you or come up with excuses. It’s extremely frustrating and demotivating. One of the most unprofessional aspects of this company is how they’ll change your point of contact when it’s time to fulfill a promise or agreement. For example, when an account manager makes a commitment (like a salary increase, promotion, or benefit), the new account manager will come in and completely reject the promise made by the previous manager. This is especially frustrating because the promises were made in the company’s capacity, not by a specific individual. It's a lack of integrity at its finest. Sudden Policy Changes: Policies are constantly changed on the fly, with no prior notice. These sudden changes directly affect your pay and benefits. One of the most frustrating experiences I had was having my salary withheld for months simply because of a “policy change” that was never communicated clearly to employees. It’s impossible to make any future plans or even budget when you don’t know when you’ll be paid. Unclear Communication and Lack of Transparency: Management is incredibly opaque with financial matters and internal policies. When you ask questions, you're met with silence or vague, unhelpful responses. The lack of transparency creates a work environment where you feel powerless and constantly in the dark. You never know what’s going to happen next, and you can’t trust anything management says. Unprofessional Leadership: The leadership team, which is made up of a husband-and-wife duo and an account manager, is incredibly disorganized. They don’t seem to have a clear vision or plan for the company, and they frequently change their minds about key decisions without informing employees. They fail to communicate important updates, especially regarding policies that directly affect your compensation. It’s a frustrating and chaotic environment where nothing is ever certain. Unethical Practices: The company is more focused on short-term profits than on maintaining any ethical standards or caring for its employees. I’ve seen situations where client was misled, and employees were pushed to give clients false hope about outcomes that were never going to happen. Employees are expected to go along with these practices, which creates a deeply unethical and dishonest work culture. Intimidation Tactics (especially for Expats): The company works primarily with expats deploying athem t client place, and they use intimidation tactics to prevent complaints. If you try to raise concerns or file complaints with local authorities (like MDEC) or share your experience in online forums, you’re threatened with the possibility of being blacklisted or having your work status jeopardized. It’s a toxic atmosphere of fear, where employees are too scared to speak out about mistreatment.This has been the worst experience of my professional career. The constant salary delays, broken promises, unethical practices, and toxic leadership make it impossible to trust or enjoy working here. If you're an expat, be especially cautious—this company uses fear and intimidation to silence any complaints. Do yourself a favor and Join this company only if you dont have any option left.
