Technology services leadership team is a joke. Totally incompetent for their roles and most don’t have technology senior management experience. Most are learning on their jobs… Big 4 routinely treat Australian super as a cash cow . Frequent audits , reviews but no actions are taken. Ie lots of talk , no action ..

Culture has materially deteriorated with heavy attrition across the investments department. No prospects for further development and promotions scarcely awarded to people, no support for juniors for training/development and no meaningful strategic direction given exiting CIO. Burned me out insanely
