Plus four years ago this was a great place to work. All down hill since then.

Pretending to care for employees mental health, when in fact it's their way of working and treating their staff that is affecting mental health in a disgusting way. Management and leaders who bully their employees and if/when staff have the courage to report it; that manager is kept on in the position and then promoted six months later. Repeated behaviour by AustralianSuper / Group Executives and HR. Overloading their employees with workload, that can't be maintained and when we speak up we're told by management "be lucky you have a job." or "it's because you're pregnant you're feeling overloaded." Swearing and disgusting talk by Leaders and Managers in meetings. Restructure after restructure after restructure and each year staffs mental health, job security and overall welfare is completely disregarded. Think about a cutthroat Investment Banking Culture where you have a job one day and the next day you don't - that's the AustralianSuper of today. Staff are their last care. Providing cereal doesn't cut it when it comes to a healthy and safe place to work. Do yourself a favour and don't work here.
