Pluspunten
Apart from management, my coworkers at the Bothell office were truly some of the best people around- I’ve made a couple lifetime friendships. Pay was decent, if you’re a guy.
Minpunten
I started working at Autel Robotics in 2018, and it really was a great place with a lot of potential; until management came in and destroyed the place. Things got ugly, fast. I’ve watched people get fired (seemingly at random half the time) on a shockingly regular basis, including those who have been there since the beginning(spoiler: there’s none left). Gender pay gap, nepotism, sexism, blatant racism, hostility from idiot company CEO/co-pres, China team has zero respect for the American office, the list goes on and on. This company was placed into the hands of the horrible CEO’s 20-something spoiled brat of a son and together they’re sinking the metaphorical ship.
