Pluspunten
There is nothing that I can think of as positive. With the sale, we will not have the great benefits that we have with a global company. This was very attractive for employees interested in interviewing with the Company.
Minpunten
There are always challenges. Departments don't communicate well with each other. The Company has been sold multiple times now which leads to an very unstable environment and decrease in employee morale. The company that purchased ASI has let many companies fail which is a huge concern. There are changes in management that doesn't make sense such as the new supervisor in the accounting department who has no experience running an accounting department. The key is to get in with the right people and back them into a corner to either let them hear what they want or attempt to have them believe that they are qualified for the position and, of course, demand more money. This is not a way to run a company. If someone is considering applying with this company, I would advise it is not a good opportunity and environment to work in. Consider other thriving companies as this is not an option.
