Where do I begin? It’s so crowded and loud here. Staff and clients are completely overstimulated. They don’t train you properly to handle difficult kids. The boss????? Horrible. She talks to you anyway type of way and then blames it on her being Puerto Rican. Staff doesn’t help other staff, they just hang out in groups. Entirely way too many clients compared to RBT’s. Boss doesn’t care about clients health and well-being, just cares about money. That’s all she cares about making money so she can take her trips to Cabo. If I could rate this place 0 I absolutely would. Hated. everything about it except the clients.
