I usually worked 6 or 7 days/ week. Meetings and phonecalls were often scheduled on my hour break. If scheduling didn't respond to emails for weeks at a time, it would become my responsiblity to make sure I received my full pay. Software barely worked and when it errs, it usually falls on you. Mediating client-agency relations was stressful and unpleasant.
