      Rewarding job and great company to work for to make a positive impact on kiddos and families. Friendly and encouraging work environment. Almost all supervisors were awesome at their jobs, cared about clients’ progress and BT’s success. Covers cost of RBT exam and will provide additional training when needed. More benefits the longer you stay with the company.

      •Client cancellations can cause BT’s to lose money if clients are not able to meet makeup requirements, however when you do this job in the interest in quality care and NOT solely focused on money aspects you still feel rewarded knowing that you clients are getting services they need but are not being pushed to any detriment!

      Unstable work environment for the clinic, lack of communication, kept putting people who don't care in charge, half pay for when clients cancel same day
