We do appreciate your feedback about management. Our executive team tries to ensure that there is communication from them to our staff. For example, during the pandemic, our CEO Gina Chang would send updates in the form of videos to the whole company. We really appreciated being kept in the loop and hearing directly from her! •Client cancellations can cause BT’s to lose money if clients are not able to meet makeup requirements, however when you do this job in the interest in quality care and NOT solely focused on money aspects you still feel rewarded knowing that you clients are getting services they need but are not being pushed to any detriment!
