      I worked for this company for 5 months and thats only because i moved to a position which benefited my career plans. but the BCBAs are honestly not that helpful, every time i asked a question, the answer was always "um let me find out" which i feel were answers they should have known.

      •Client cancellations can cause BT’s to lose money if clients are not able to meet makeup requirements, however when you do this job in the interest in quality care and NOT solely focused on money aspects you still feel rewarded knowing that you clients are getting services they need but are not being pushed to any detriment!

      Unstable work environment for the clinic, lack of communication, kept putting people who don't care in charge, half pay for when clients cancel same day
