      Pluspunten

      Good pay with guaranteed raises twice a year according to living expenses. The training process was quick and helpful. The supervisor we have here is amazing and very supportive.

      Being in a newer region, most employees are asked to drive a great deal. They compensate well, but it can be difficult.

      • Communication is consistent • Gratitude from knowing your contribution to the world is actually helping people • Supervisors and everyone on team work together to make work flow smoothly even with transitioning to new policies

      •Client cancellations can cause BT’s to lose money if clients are not able to meet makeup requirements, however when you do this job in the interest in quality care and NOT solely focused on money aspects you still feel rewarded knowing that you clients are getting services they need but are not being pushed to any detriment!

      Unstable work environment for the clinic, lack of communication, kept putting people who don't care in charge, half pay for when clients cancel same day
