We’re big believers in developing our staff, so you all feel prepared before entering client homes. This includes safety training. But if you’re in a unique situation, please reach out to your supervisor or Field Trainer for additional support. We appreciate the detailed feedback you provided.
ALP knows the impact cancellations leave and we’re actively piloting different programs to address this challenge and find a solution. In the meantime, in the event of a canceled session, we encourage our employees to proactively communicate with their direct supervisor and client services to schedule makeup sessions.

•Client cancellations can cause BT’s to lose money if clients are not able to meet makeup requirements, however when you do this job in the interest in quality care and NOT solely focused on money aspects you still feel rewarded knowing that you clients are getting services they need but are not being pushed to any detriment!
