It was a struggle to find hours. I intended to be full time and in the 4 years I was there, I received full time hours for less than 6 months and after receiving benefits for only a couple of months, they were revoked because I was unable to be scheduled for enough hours.

We now offer a variety of ways for our Behavior Technicians to work additional hours, so if an employee is interested in working part or full time, they have options! At the end of the day, our goal is to provide our employees with a range of scheduling alternatives so they can enjoy a schedule that works for them while also supporting our families. •Client cancellations can cause BT’s to lose money if clients are not able to meet makeup requirements, however when you do this job in the interest in quality care and NOT solely focused on money aspects you still feel rewarded knowing that you clients are getting services they need but are not being pushed to any detriment!
