Training is important to us and we’re proud of the initial training programs we’ve put in place to set our new team members up for success, but it doesn’t stop there! We also have Field Trainers in each region who are there to offer ongoing support our people, as well as the national training team at our Support Center. Outside of the Training team, we encourage our employees to reach out to their Clinical Director for additional support. We try to make sure every employee is aware of the resources available to them. We’re sorry you didn’t have that experience, and we wish you the best in your next role.
