      Everyone at the company is so passionate and collaborative that sometimes there are a lot of opinions and decisions can move slower that one would like.

      Voor volledig op afstand werkende functies zijn uitstekende vaardigheden op het gebied van timemanagement vereist

      - Pay was decent - My manager was supportive and helpful (they were way overworked, and have since left)

      Minpunten

      - Basecamp employees are afforded opportunities/benefits not given to Property employees. E.g., Property employees accrue up to 5 days of PTO their first year (that's inclusive of sick time), while Basecamp employees get Unlimited PTO right out the gate. - They expect loyalty while offering none of their own. They seem to let a few people go every year around December, regardless of job performance. - They advertise all roles with generic phrases like "competitive benefits, generous PTO" that don't reflect reality. (see above: 5 days of PTO your first year if you work on Property) - No 401(k) match - Company values are performative - CEO is coddled and out of touch
