I'm guessing the claims side is fine but if you are on the other side and have to deal with the owner, it's not worth working there. I've never worked for a company that offered products and services yet doesn't have the information for those products in services organized in one place until working for this company. Literally the most unorganized place I've ever seen where you have to dedicate too much time to stroking the owner's ego and/or explaining basic concepts repeatedly to try and get him to understand. They (owner & 2nd in command) are good at doing everything in their power to avoid taking responsibility for the mess they perpetuate. I would highly recommend not considering any sort of job there, at least on that side of the business.
