Minpunten
General impression is that company does not care very much about workers well-being. 1) CEO heavily micromanages some teams up to individual workers level. This often results in low performance (because workers have no power to make decisions), which is then blamed on workers. 2) HR is not helpful for workers in case of conflicts, they take side with managers or do whatever CEO tells them to do. 3) Suspicions of taking advantage of immigrants - forcing lower benefits when someone in tough personal situation, in a hurry to find a job or not familiar with the country/market.
