On a weekly basis I have witnessed personally a lot of unethical and fraudulent activities which would not be in line with OMVIC rules or Office of Consumer Affairs. Boosting the income of consumer applicants (sometimes by as much as 500%), not fully disclosing vehicle warranty costs when added separately, and lying to employees about focusing on "helping the customer"... and don't even get me started on getting co-signers on applications without even speaking to that individual or that individual even knowing they could be the only applicant. For new employee hires, beware as lead counts are low, quality is poor, and when your numbers are low, they blame you for not calling repeat customers, generating your own business, or not finding the right "co-signers". To sum it up, pay rate is higher elsewhere, environment is a call centre, tied to a desk all day, and the company and its owner only cares about themselves and their income/profit.

A good place to start a Automotive career with well-rounded management. A separating factor is having Saturdays off with the exception of one Saturday a Month Mandatory. The staff is friendly and out going. The sale volume expectation is low. A very low pressure approach. The job setting is a call center with a strong focus on "call time" more so then anything which through proper observation can be more anecdotal then truly beneficial for the employee. This company has strong values and will treat you fair. There is a lot of spiff and contests which do bring a lot of fun to the work place. A company that is growing but to climb a career ladder it is limited.

Minpunten

Poor metrics are used to measure performance with a disregard to results. As well more praise is put to no fruit barring tasks. No applicable training provided. The training will be essentially reading scripts and 30-45 mins of week one boot camp. These trainings happen weekly and due to the redundancy they fall of deaf ears. To be highly effective you will need to put in time after working hours. The new change is commission structure will effect most of the employees commissions directly while no solution is provided at this time to employees besides being told to call. When phone number don't connect that time is recorded so if you have a bad batch you could lose out of commission when it is slow.
