Unless you are high up in management and have been there a long time, do not expect a raise. Workload will grow and pay will stay the same. Micro-managed by the owner, conflicting input from managers; no one is ever on the same page. I would recommend going to a bigger 3PL - all of the smaller brokerages in GR/MI based are all a boys club and if you're not in you're out. There is no diversity. Also, if you look at before and after photos of people that started working there, you can tell it has taken a crazy toll on them. The commission structure is not lucrative at all. I also remember taking an employee survey(s) there at one point that they never shared the results of with employees. Take that as you will.
