Nice twice-a-year teambuildings. Growing business with healthy goals, no unnecessary shareholder pressure. Decent promotion opportunities. Dealt with tax changes in a favorable manner for the employees. Hires graduates with great potential.

Flat structure so growing vertically can be difficult from a point on. Capped incentives (income). Workload and deadlines can sometimes be unreasonable.
